No, Von Kattengell Transmission requires all customers to schedule an appointment prior to dropping the vehicle off. Appointments are scheduled according to service/repairs needed.
What if I have a transmission vehicle emergency or breakdown?
Call Von Kattengell Transmission at 732-542-0015 and we will assist you getting in. Emergency towing information available on our voicemail if you are calling after shop hours.
Can I get a quote for a transmission fluid change/service over the phone?
In most cases we can give you a quote over the phone, however with many different models and fluid types we may need to see the vehicle.
My vehicle needs a new transmission. How much would that cost?
At Von Kattengell Transmission we prefer to see the vehicle to accurately diagnose the problem. In some cases customers bring in vehicles that only need repair not a full transmission replacement.
Are you open on Saturdays?
June thru September we are closed on Saturdays. October thru May we are open on Saturdays from 8am – 12pm, limited to minor vehicle services. Please call for an appointment.
